March Favourites

Here we go again another month has passed, i seriously feel like i have slept through this month its gone by so fast! but finally beautiful spring is here! (I say this as the rain batters down on my window) But finally lighter nights , slightly warmer days, pretty colours and new makeup! My March Favourites are unintentionaly all new buys from Feb/early March that i have just been really enjoying using and feel like I am really getting my moneys worth out of! I believe that these products are must haves for everyones makeup collections.
KYLIE Lip Kit | Dolce K
Kylie Lip Kit had to be in my March favourites ever since it came i have always used it! This by far is the best liquid lipstick formula i have used. Perfect for day and night looks. KYLIE Lip Kit Review

Real Techniques Sculpting Brush has been my everyday go to brush it is perfect for contouring as it is really easy to make a the perfect line and to blend it in with. The bristles are quite firm so they don't flick product around your face where you don't want it to go. Also the colour is the brush is stunning a gorgeous hot pink.

Dior Nude Air Skin Illuminating Powder | Glowing Nude
This has been an amazing highlighter even tho I'm scared too over use it as the pattern is beautiful. Im not gunna bore you with a review of this product as this has its own page on my blog. Dior Nude Review

LUSH Bubblegum Lip Scrub is part of my everyday routine i use this before cleansing my face as i find it fab to polish up my lips and remove any old products and dry skin.

MAC Prep and Prime Lip
This is a newbie for me this month, i wanted something to use under my lipstick as my lips can become quite dry. I use this as part of my everyday routine and i have found it great for hydrating my lips and smoothing them before applying my lipstick.

Lets see what April has to offer us, with the beginning of Spring I'm hoping lots of baby colours and sparkle!

Tartelette's Review

I just couldn't resist these gorgeous Tarte products when i came across them. Living in the UK its hard to purchase Tarte cosmetics, but then i saw them on QVC (the only place i can purchase Tarte) and didn't need to think twice about buying them, even though my bank card was telling me otherwise! The packaging from the beginning caught my eye and the photos really don't do them justice as they are so pretty and made to a high quality! I bought these as a set which also came with a mini tartiest mascara for £49 but is currently on QVC website for £61 (price given at time of publish).

Tartelette

As you can tell this gorgeous palette has all matte shades which for me is perfect. These shades are all stunning and can be all used with each other to make many different gorgeous eye looks. I also love how the name of the shades are boldly under each shade. I also love the stunning metallic gold finish of this palette which gives it more of a finished high end look. Lets not forget the decent size mirror which comes with this allowing it to actually be used, unlike some pallets which come with the finest mirror that i always end up struggling to use as you can't see your whole face!

I am currently wearing ; supermom, wanderer and power player

Tartelette in Bloom
This palette is stunning! With nine matte shades and three shimmer shades it is perfect for making many different looks. Also if you are going on holiday it is fab to take with you as its got everything for a day eye look to a nice dark smoky with a hint of shimmer look. These shadows are very pigmented so you don't need a lot of product on your brush, which will make the palette last you even longer!
My favourite look i create out of this pallete is; charmer, smarty pants and jet setter. I just love a matte eye!

These palettes are a must for anyone who loves makeup, i highly recommend them.

If you have used them i would love to know your thoughts and which shades you use to create a gorgeous eye!

When you've come to the end of your MAC product its not the best feeling, well for me it isn't! To soften the blow when you have 6 empty MAC Primary Containers, For example; empty lipstick cases, lipgloss cases, foundation bottles and MAC fix+ bottles and others, just check the box your product came in has Back 2 MAC on the side. You can take these to your local MAC counter and choose your own lipstick! FABULOUS! So keep your empties safe and DON'T BIN THEM!
